Sule responded by posting on x
Supriya Sule wrote on x “I was travelling on Air India flight AI0508 which was delayed by 1 hour and 19 minutes. Part of a continuing trend of delays affecting passengers. This is unacceptable. Urge Hon’ble Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu to impose stricter rules to hold airlines like Air India accountable for repeated delays and ensure better service standards for passengers.”

Sule in another post said, “These flights are never on time, their mismanagement affects everyone, including children and senior citizens. Air India flights are constantly delayed. This is unacceptable! We pay premium fares, yet the flights are never on time.”

Air India responded
However, Air India responded to Sule’s post and wrote, “Dear Madam, we understand that delays can be very frustrating. However, sometimes there are operational issues beyond our control that can impact flight schedules. Your flight to Mumbai this evening was delayed by an hour due to one such issue. We appreciate your understanding,”

Let us tell you, last month, Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had raised the issue of “uncomfortable” seat during his Air India flight. Shivraj Singh Chouhan had tweeted about his disappointing experience, in which he said that the seat was “sunken” and uncomfortable. He also expressed disappointment that Air India’s service has not improved despite Tata taking over the management.
